but we are killing and taking its thousand years.

We are depended on water,

but we are wasting the water.

We do not care about water,

and after years they think why did I waste water.

AFTER YEARS

No water here,

no water there,

no water everywhere,

but only salty water wherever you go.

There are no rains,

there is only dried up wells,

our lands became like deserts,

and we became  like people who search for oasis.

One drop of water can save our life,

some drops of water are enough to save our countries life.

SOLLUTION

Come let save the water,

save the water from now because,

there is use of saving water,

after hundred years.

Save water with a sincere heart,

save water with a pleasing mind,

save water with a sensible speech,

save water with everything you can.

We will do some protest,

we will do some debates,

we will do anything to save our water and make it pure, purer, purest.

what is a solar cell ?

A cell which converts suns energy into electrical energy. It is made by sillicon which is a semi conductor . A semiconductor is a material has an electrical conductivity value falling between that of a conductor.

what is it made up of ?

it is made up of silicon cell which are of two types p type and n type silicon ,p types silicon contains more space foe electrons and n type silicion conducts more electrons.

when suns energy is fallen on the panel light energy is converted into electrical energy , n type provides electrons and p type conducts protons in between they are conected with a line called junction where the photonsn or particiles of light meet and when the circuit is completed it conducts electricity.

It is the creation of voltage in a chemical reaction like converting light into electrical energy. it was first observed by an french physist A.E.Bruel in 1863. The first practical cell was invented at bell labs at new york.

simples way to make a solar car

Solar Car

Today we had robotics class and we made and used a solar car. I found these very interesting and amusing.

This blog is written for the sole purpose of telling all those SOLAR CAR LOVERS how to bulid a solar car

Materials Required:-

  • 2 solar cells
  • 2-4 alligator clip  leads
  • Rubber bands
  • Small electric motor (Look at hobby or electronics stores, and make sure you get one with a motor pulley)
  • For the car body: cardboard milk carton, water bottle, cardboard, foam board, or similar materials
  • For the wheels: plastic bottle caps, film canister caps, toy wheels such as K’nex, etc.
  • For the axles: Stiff wire or wooden shish-kabob skewers
  • Straws or eye screws to mount the axles
  • Or buy a complete solar car experiment kit

What To Do:-

  1. Choose a material for the car body, which is called the chassis. Think carefully about this: you want something strong, but also something lightweight so it needs less power for the motor to move it. (But be careful — if it’s too light, it can easily get blown about by the wind.) A big part of engineering is finding the right balance between weight and strength.
  2. Use a nail to poke a small hole in the center of your wheels. Make sure the stiff wire or wooden skewers you use for axles fit in the holes tightly. Take an extra cap and cut off the sides, leaving just the top part, which usually has a small inner rim to help keep the bottle from leaking. Glue this cap to one of your wheels. You have just created a pulley for your driving wheel; the inner rim of the extra bottle cap will support your car’s drive belt. You can try using a film canister cap for this step instead of cutting a bottle cap. If you are using toy wheels like K’nex, you can just use a smaller wheel mounted on the inside of your main wheel to act as the pulley.
  3. Now, mount your axles onto the chassis. Depending on what your chassis is made of, you can thread the axle through eye screws mounted on the bottom. Another easy method is to tape straws on the underside of the chassis and thread the axles through them.
  4. Attach the small motor pulley to the motor shaft. Determine where to mount the motor by connecting the driving pulley with the motor pulley using an elastic band as a drive belt. Position the motor so the band is slightly stretched (but don’t stretch it too much!). Mount the motor with glue or tape it in between a small frame of wood or cardboard blocks.
  5. Use clear plastic tape to attach the two solar cells together side-by-side; then connect them in a series circuit using the alligator clip leads. Connect the positive terminal of one cell to the negative terminal of the other. Connect the remaining terminals to the motor. If the motor spins the wrong way, switch the leads where they connect to the motor. Once it’s connected properly, you’ll probably want to use to tape to help keep the wires under control.
  6. Mount the solar cells on the chassis at an angle where they will receive the most sun. Take your car outside to a sunny sidewalk, connect the drive belt, and watch it go!

Designing and building a car from scratch involves a lot of perseverance and trial and error, so don’t be discouraged if yours doesn’t work perfectly right away!

However if you bought complete kit then there will be other specific instructions!

  • PROCEDURE:
  • THE PANELS ARE USED TO PRODUCE ELECTRICITY BY CONVERTING THE SUN RAYS FALLING ONTO PANEL INTO ELECTRIC ENERGY.

Materials:-

  • PVC Pipes
  • T- joints
  • Elbow Joints

  • Hacksaw
  • Plier
  • Viser

STEP. 1

Cut 9 pieces of PVC pipes measuring 4 inches, two pieces of 12 inches and 4 pipes of 8 inches.

STEP. 2

Arrange all the pipes, T-joints and Elbow joints to form a rectangular base and a handle.

STEP. 3

Assemble all the pipes, T-joints and Elbow joints as shown. Make a handle attached to the stand with help of T-joints and 8 inch pipes as shown.

STEP. 4

Put a small piece of PVC pipe in the opening end to fix the drum on it.

STEP. 5

Drill a small hole on the cap and fix a bolt on it.

STEP. 6

Drill a hole on the bigger PVC pipe.

STEP. 7

Cut a rubber balloon to make the diaphragm and stick it with a tape.

STEP. 8

Tighten the bolt fixed on the cap with the hole on the drum and join the drum with the stand.

STEP. 9

Drill a bigger hole on another caps same as the diameter of the laser light.

STEP. 10

Cut a small piece of PVC pipe to fix the laser light into it.

STEP. 11

Use the small cut part of the PVC pipe and tie it to the laser light with rubber bands.

STEP. 12

Fix the laser light into the other end of the stand right in front of the drum with glue, with the cap on the light.

STEP. 13

Stick a mirror on the drum with a double-sided tape.

STEP. 14

Close all the remaining open ends of the pipes with caps.

STEP. 15

Align the laser light to direct the light towards the mirror.

STEP. 16

Shout in the drum and see the light dancing.
